Tucked away in the wilderness of Adilabad’s dense forests, Kanakai waterfall is a blessed nature haven, with splendid and picturesque views. Located close to Girnoor village, the gushing fresh water stream of this waterfall soothes your senses, offering you an exhilarating experience in the midst of nature. Kanakai waterfall is located nearly 270 km from Hyderabad. Tourists need to take a diversion from National Highway 7 near Ichoda. It is well-accessible by road, followed by a short trek.
Gayatri waterfalls, is a spectacular water body, located on the Kadem River, a tributary of Godavari River. Located in Adilabad district of Telangana, the waterfalls is located in a highly secluded place inside a deep forest. The amazing waterfall plunges down from a height of 100 feet, creating a magnificent sight. You need to travel a distance of nearly 255 km from Hyderabad city towards Adilabad, on NH 7, to reach Neredigonda village. From this village, you will have to travel further 6 km to reach Kupti. A 2-km drive takes tourists to the Tarnam Khurd village, from where you need to trek a distance of 5 km to reach waterfalls.
