How to reach
Mallela Theertham is located approximately 190 kilometers from Hyderabad on the way to the holy city of Srisailam. While travelling from Hyderabad towards Srisailam, tourists need to halt at Vatvarlapally village, located on the highway nearly 30 km from Mannanur forest check post. From this village, one has to take a left turn and drive for a distance of about 8 km through the villages.
Best time to Visit
The best time to visit this place is from October to February. The high mountains in the surrounding region and thick forest cover lend a unique beauty to this place, which is bestowed immensely by nature. From Mallela Theertham, Srisailam is at a distance of 40-50 km. The location also lures adventure seekers as it serves an excellent destination for river crossing, trekking, sliding, and camping.
